However, until recently, there hasn’t been a national accreditation program tailored specifically for Long Term Care Pharmacy at Home. The Long-Term Care at Home Pharmacy Quality Commission has been instrumental in developing a Long Term Care Pharmacy at Home standards that ensure the delivery of vital long term care pharmacy services to the community population.
